How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery will usually take up to 5 working days but is subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control. Parcels are delivered via Parcelrite.


Will I get a confirmation when my order has been placed?

You will receive an automated message confirming the details of your order to the email address you have provided.


Will I get a confirmation when my order has been despatched?

It is currently not possible to send a confirmation of when your order has been despatched, but we usually try to despatch on the day (Mon-Fri) or the next working day after we receive your order.


What happens if I am out when my order is delivered?

If you are out when your order is being delivered, the product will be retained by the driver unless you have provided further details of where you would the order to be delivered if you are out.

The driver will then make a second attempt to make a delivery but if you are not available, they will a note with instructions to your nearest collection point.


Would I be able to have the order delivered to a different address?

Yes, the checkout page has an option to complete both a billing address and delivery address.


How much shelf life is there on the beer? 

All beer will have a minimum of 3 months shelf life.

Please note our current stock of Old Original has a best before of March 2018


What happens if an item is damaged or broken? (e.g. glassware or bottles)

If an item is damaged or broken, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement for you. If these are clothing items, please return the item in the post. If this is glassware or bottles simply send us an image of the broken glass and we will arrange a replacement. If your item is broken please email kr@everards.co.uk


Do you accept PayPal?

No


Do you ship abroad?

We currently only ship within the UK.


Can I collect my order?

I'm afraid you cannot collect your order at present as we do not have a shop at our Glenfield premises.

Anything ordered online must be posted to the delivery address specified at the time of placing your order.

 

Do you have any physical shops where I can purchase beer?

We do have two pop-up shops. Throughout December you can find us at Leicester's Christmas MArket in the city centre. Throughout December and January you can find us in the food court at Fosse Park. Please check social media for opening times or give us a call. You cannot collect online orders at either shop.
