How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. Our courier company delivers anytime between 8am - 6pm, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays and subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control).
How much will I pay for delivery?
Delivery is dependent on the weight of your item(s) and is added to your order at check out. Orders over £60 qualify for free delivery.
Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, at the moment we can only ship to the UK mainland
What happens if I’m not in to receive my order?
Our courier company will leave a note with instructions on how to collect your item or advise if they will attempt a re-delivery.
What happens if my order hasn’t arrived?

Click & Collect
Click and collect orders are available to collect two hours later, subject to our opening times. Please wait for confirmation that your click and collect order is ready for you before making a trip to our shop.
We have four ‘Click & Collect’ car parking spaces outside the shop which you are welcome to use. These are short stay for click and collect only, so if you wish to stay and enjoy some food and drink please use the main car park so that other customers can collect their orders easily.
On collection, please bring your order confirmation on your phone or a printout, along with a valid photo ID to the shop counter. We accept the following photo IDs:

Please contact as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. We aim to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchase! If there is an issue with your package (such as items missing or broken) or the beer itself then please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately detailing the issue and providing photos where applicable.
We aim to provide all beer with at least four weeks left until the best before date, excluding Minicasks, which due to their fresh nature will arrive with at least a one week shelf life.
On all non-drinks items our returns policy lasts 30 days, after which we cannot offer an exchange or refund. Again please email email@example.com if you have any issues with your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return to our shop or post to; Everards of Leicestershire, Cooper Way, Everards Meadows, Leicestershire LE19 2AN for the attention of 'Online Shop Return'.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
