DELIVERY

How much will I pay for delivery?

Delivery is dependent on the weight of your item(s) and is added to your order at check out.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered the next working day, however please allow 3 working days. Our courier company delivers anytime between 8am and 6pm (excluding public holidays). 

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, at the moment we can only ship to the UK mainland

What happens if I’m not in to receive my order?

Our courier company will leave a note with instructions on how to collect your item or advise if they will attempt a re-delivery the next day. 

What happens if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your goods have not been delivered after 3 working days, please contact us via telephone 0116 201 4111 (Monday - Friday 10am-5pm or Sat 10am-2pm) or via email winesandbreweryshop@everards.co.uk 

Christmas

Please order any items by 12noon Monday 19th December 2017 for delivery before Christmas. Click and collect orders can be made up to 12noon Saturday 23rd December 2017.

RETURNS

It is essential to check all goods before signing for them.

What if my order is damaged or broken?

In the unlikely event that you experience any breakages in transit then please contact us and we will happily arrange for either replacement or refund. We will require proof of any damages in the form of photographic evidence from you or by confirmation from our couriers. Please get in touch straight away via telephone 0116 201 4111 (Monday - Friday 10am-5pm or Sat 10am-2pm) or via email winesandbreweryshop@everards.co.uk  

What if I want to return my order?

We want you or the lucky recipient to be delighted with your purchase, however we understand that occasionally you may need to exchange or return an item.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please secure in its original packaging in “as new” condition and return to  Everards Brewery Limited, Castle Acres, Narborough, Leicestershire, LE191BY

Please state in writing the reason for your return, and where appropriate we will dispatch a replacement item of the same value. Where agreed, refunds will be reinstated to the card used for the original purchase and refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of our receiving your return - We regret that original dispatch charges are non refundable. Everards Brewery Limited retains the right to refuse refunds or exchange on items that have obviously been worn or degraded through use.
